Terms of Service
Introduction. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EzzyAir.us, including flight search, fare display, airport autocomplete, passenger detail collection, optional services, card payment flow, booking confirmation, PDF ticket generation, My Bookings, support pages, and related services. By using the website, creating an account, submitting passenger information, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Company information. EzzyAir.us is a travel booking website and intermediary, not an airline and not an aircraft operator. Company mailing address: 8950 SW 74 Court, Suite 2201-E9, Miami, FL 33156. Our role. EzzyAir.us helps users search, compare, review, and book flight options supplied by airlines, reservation systems, payment processors, and travel technology providers. We may display fares, airline names, flight numbers, baggage information, layovers, departure times, arrival times, seat-selection options, cancellation choices, and booking references, but the underlying transportation service is provided by the airline.
Eligibility and account use. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use the website lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support immediately.
Accuracy of information. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate passenger names, dates of birth, document types, document numbers, contact details, travel dates, route selections, billing details, and support information. Airline systems may reject a booking, require correction fees, deny boarding, or delay service if information is inaccurate or does not match the travel document presented at the airport.
Search results and availability. Flight schedules, routes, fares, taxes, seat availability, cabin classes, baggage allowances, fare rules, cancellation rules, and airport data may be supplied by third parties and can change without notice. Search results are invitations to book, not guarantees of price, seat, route, or ticket issuance. A fare is not final until payment is authorized and the booking is confirmed.
Pricing and display errors. We try to display accurate prices and trip details, but errors can occur because of airline changes, cached data, currency conversion, provider outages, technical issues, or human error. If a fare, tax, seat fee, baggage fee, service fee, route, or availability detail is incorrect, we may cancel, correct, or refuse the booking request before ticketing, even if payment authorization has been attempted.
Booking confirmation and ticketing. A booking reference, confirmation page, or PDF ticket indicates that EzzyAir.us has recorded the booking details shown. Airline ticketing status, schedule changes, re-accommodation, baggage acceptance, check-in, boarding, and travel fulfillment remain subject to airline systems, airport procedures, and carrier rules. Keep your booking reference available for support.
Passenger documents and travel requirements. You are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, transit documents, health documents, entry authorizations, vaccination records, or other documents required by airlines, airports, governments, and border authorities. EzzyAir.us may ask for document type and document number during checkout, but we do not guarantee that a document is sufficient for a specific destination or transit point.
Age rules. Airline, country, and route rules may differ for minors, unaccompanied minors, infants, or children. Travelers are responsible for checking the rules that apply to their itinerary.
Baggage. Baggage information shown on the website is provided for booking review and may vary by airline, route, cabin, fare family, loyalty status, aircraft, and airport. Final baggage acceptance, excess baggage charges, restricted items, special baggage, sports equipment, musical instruments, and liability for baggage are governed by the airline and applicable law.
Seat selection and ancillary services. Seat maps, preferred seats, baggage products, priority services, protection products, and similar add-ons are subject to availability and airline confirmation. Operational needs, aircraft changes, safety rules, airport handling, or airline reassignment may change a selected seat. If an ancillary service cannot be fulfilled, refund or replacement eligibility depends on airline and service rules.
EzzyAir Prime protection. Where offered, EzzyAir Prime protection may reduce or remove EzzyAir cancellation service fees for the booking as displayed. It does not remove airline penalties, fare differences, supplier fees, government taxes that are non-refundable, no-show rules, or other restrictions imposed by the carrier or fare conditions.
Payment authorization. By submitting payment details, you authorize EzzyAir.us and its payment processors to submit charges for the total amount displayed, including airfare, taxes, optional services, protection products, and service fees. Card authorization may be declined, delayed, reviewed, or reversed by the issuing bank, card network, fraud-prevention systems, or payment processor.
Card data and security. Card details should be entered only through the secure payment step. EzzyAir.us is designed not to store full card numbers or CVV values. Card processing should use PCI-compliant tokenization or a hosted payment page. You must not send full card numbers or CVV values by email, support forms, chat, or screenshots.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you dispute a charge with your bank, the booking may be paused, cancelled, or subject to investigation. You agree to contact EzzyAir.us first when possible so we can review payment status, booking status, refund eligibility, or duplicate-charge concerns. Abuse of chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in account restriction.
Cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. Voluntary cancellations, refunds, exchanges, schedule-change options, no-show rules, residual value, airline credits, name corrections, and rebooking are governed by the airline fare rules and applicable law. EzzyAir.us may charge or waive service fees as displayed. Refund timing depends on airline approval, payment processor processing, banking timelines, and payment method.
Schedule changes and disruptions. Airlines may change times, aircraft, terminals, routing, stops, operating carriers, or flight numbers. Weather, air traffic control, strikes, security events, government action, technical issues, operational constraints, or force majeure events may disrupt travel. EzzyAir.us may assist with support where possible, but airlines control transportation decisions.
Customer support. Support may be provided by phone, email, or website tools. For faster assistance, include your booking reference, passenger name, route, travel date, and contact information. Support responses may vary based on travel date, airline response time, payment status, and issue severity.
Prohibited use. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, submit false information, interfere with airport autocomplete or booking APIs, test stolen payment cards, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, violate airline rules, or use the website for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Intellectual property. The EzzyAir.us name, logo, website design, text, booking flow, PDF ticket layout, software, and other content are owned by EzzyAir.us or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for personal travel booking and account management, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the content or software.
Third-party services. The website may interact with airlines, Amadeus or other travel technology providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, email or SMS providers, support tools, analytics providers, and hosting services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and EzzyAir.us is not responsible for their independent actions outside our control.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzzyAir.us is not liable for airline operational decisions, denied boarding, document problems, immigration decisions, airport delays, missed connections, weather disruption, government restrictions, provider outages, payment processor errors, indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party travel services.
Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EzzyAir.us, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information, unauthorized payment use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of airline or third-party rules.
Force majeure. EzzyAir.us is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, pandemic restrictions, airline bankruptcy, supplier failure, airport closure, network outage, cyber incident, or payment-system disruption.
Governing law and disputes. These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website and will apply to future use of EzzyAir.us. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
