Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview. EzzyAir.us is a travel booking website and intermediary. Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, airline credits, no-show rules, schedule-change options, and residual ticket value are primarily governed by the airline fare rules attached to the selected ticket.
Payment authorization. Bookings may be marked as pending payment until card authorization, fare confirmation, and ticketing are completed. If authorization fails or ticketing cannot be completed, there may be no refundable payment to process.
Voluntary cancellations. If a paid booking is later enabled and a traveler chooses to cancel, airline penalties, fare differences, supplier fees, and EzzyAir service fees may apply. Some tickets may be non-refundable or only eligible for airline credit. Prime protection may reduce EzzyAir service fees where shown, but it does not remove airline penalties or fare-rule restrictions.
Cancellations within 24 hours. Certain itineraries may qualify for additional cancellation flexibility depending on airline policy, ticketing status, route, booking time, departure date, and applicable law. Eligibility is not guaranteed. Contact support promptly before making another booking.
Schedule changes and airline cancellations. If an airline cancels a flight or makes a significant schedule change, options may include rebooking, airline credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on carrier policy and the details of the disruption. EzzyAir.us can help review available options, but airline approval may be required.
Refund timing. Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on airline processing, payment processor settlement, banking timelines, card issuer rules, and currency handling. Processing times can vary from several business days to multiple billing cycles.
Non-refundable items. Seat selection, baggage fees, convenience fees, protection products, service fees, and ancillary services may be non-refundable unless the airline or service provider authorizes a refund. Government taxes may be refundable or non-refundable depending on fare rules and local law.
How to request help. Email support@ezzyair.com or call 888-851-6984 during support hours, 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM. Include your booking reference, passenger name, travel date, route, and the reason for cancellation or refund review.
Billing disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@ezzyair.com before filing a chargeback where possible. We can review duplicate charges, failed payment attempts, booking status, and refund eligibility. Abuse of chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in account restriction.
