Ticket Delivery Policy
Electronic delivery. EzzyAir.us delivers booking information electronically. After a booking is created, travelers can view the confirmation page, open My Bookings, and download a PDF ticket or itinerary document where available.
Pending ticket delivery. If a booking is pending payment authorization or ticketing, the confirmation page and PDF show the booking request details and should be reviewed carefully before travel.
Ticket delivery after authorization. Ticket delivery should occur only after successful payment authorization, fare confirmation, and booking acceptance. A confirmation should include booking reference, passenger details, itinerary, payment status, and support contact information.
Email delivery. If email delivery is enabled, confirmations or support messages may be sent to the contact email entered during checkout. Delivery can be affected by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, mailbox limits, provider outages, or security settings.
My Bookings access. Registered users can return to My Bookings to review saved booking details and download the PDF again. Keep your login credentials secure and contact support if you cannot access your booking.
Customer responsibility. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the itinerary, names, document details, airports, travel dates, departure times, arrival times, baggage details, seat selections, and booking status before travel.
