Billing Support
Billing contact. For payment questions, duplicate charge concerns, failed payment attempts, receipt requests, chargeback questions, or payment status review, email billing@ezzyair.com or contact support by phone at 888-851-6984 during support hours, 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
Statement descriptor. When live payment processing is connected, the intended customer statement descriptor is EZZYAIR.US, subject to processor and bank formatting limits. Customers should contact billing support if they do not recognize a charge.
Payment authorization. Bookings are submitted for payment review and authorization before ticketing. Do not email full card numbers or CVV values to support.
Payment processor. Card data should be handled through PCI-compliant hosted or tokenized processor tools so sensitive card data does not touch the website server.
Receipts. Receipts should show the charged amount, currency, booking reference, billing support contact, and payment status. Refunds or adjustments may appear separately depending on bank and processor handling.
